  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Mix in melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan to form an even crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and mix until fully blended.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until incorporated for a light and fluffy filling.
  5. Spoon the filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
