  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Create the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Mix the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar. Incorporate sour cream and vanilla extract until well blended.
