- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh carrots, diced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
Instructions
