Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. Create the sauce: Pour in heavy cream, scraping up browned bits. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes until combined.
  5. Toss pasta: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss until well coated.
