  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, softened
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in cranberries and optional pine nuts.
