  • 8 oz sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
