  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Base: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Create the First Gelatin Layer: Dissolve flavored gelatin in boiling water. Pour half into the dish over the crust and refrigerate until set (about 30 minutes).
  3. Make Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer Cream Cheese and Berries: Once the gelatin sets, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over it, then add half of the mixed berries. Pour the remaining gelatin on top.
  5. Final Assembly: After chilling again for about 30 minutes, spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top and decorate with remaining berries.
  6. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing into squares.
