  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 5-7 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, and sesame seeds to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat. Top with sliced chicken and serve immediately or chill for enhanced flavors.
