- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the bell peppers and rinsing the rice under cold water until clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions in a medium saucepan.
