Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and drizzle a large baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the center of the baking dish and surround it with green beans and halved potatoes.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken and vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and everything is cooked through.
