- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping the onion and bell peppers, and mincing the garlic.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
- Add diced beef chuck roast to the pot and brown all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and elbow macaroni; stir well.
- Lock the lid on the Instant Pot, select high pressure, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Once done, perform a quick release of steam before serving.
