  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
  • 1 cup sliced button or cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced sweet onions
  • 8 oz provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef, onions, and mushrooms thinly.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender (3-4 minutes).
