  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 soft slider buns
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices provolone cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with salt and pepper until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  2. Shape the mixture into four slider-sized patties about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
  4. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with cranberry sauce and cheese, covering briefly to melt the cheese.
