- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fusilli until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with fresh spinach.
- Add dried cranberries and crumbled feta to the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil, red wine vinegar, and honey over the mixture. Toss gently to coat.
