  • 8 soft flour tortillas
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your countertop to ensure you're ready to cook.
