  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Hunan chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix in Hunan chili paste, chicken broth, and rice vinegar; let simmer until sauce thickens (3-4 minutes).
  5. Stir in bell peppers and cook until crisp-tender (2-3 minutes).
