- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving some fat in the skillet.
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the bacon fat until translucent.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in jasmine rice and beef broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Mix in ketchup and mustard until well combined.
