  • 1 (6 oz) package stuffing mix
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces, discarding skin.
  3. Sauté chopped onions and celery in a skillet over medium heat until soft (about 5 minutes).
