  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh to create boats.
