  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (approximately 46 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups filtered water (or sparkling water for fizz)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the raspberries under cold water and set aside a few for garnish.
  2. Roll the lemons on your countertop, cut in half, and squeeze to extract about 1 cup of juice.
  3. Blend raspberries with 1/2 cup of water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  4. In a pitcher, mix raspberry purée, lemon juice, and sugar until dissolved.
