- 4–5 Fresh Lemons (juiced)
- 1 cup Dried Culinary Lavender
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (or honey/agave)
- 4 cups Water (divided)
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of dried lavender. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and let steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a jar and cool completely.
- Squeeze lemons to yield about 1 cup of juice, removing seeds.
- In a pitcher, mix the cooled lavender syrup, lemon juice, and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or lavender sprigs.
