Description

Refreshing and aromatic, this lavender lemonade blends zesty lemon with floral notes, making it the perfect thirst-quencher for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 45 Fresh Lemons (juiced)
  • 1 cup Dried Culinary Lavender
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar (or honey/agave)
  • 4 cups Water (divided)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of dried lavender. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and let steep for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a jar and cool completely.
  4. Squeeze lemons to yield about 1 cup of juice, removing seeds.
  5. In a pitcher, mix the cooled lavender syrup, lemon juice, and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or lavender sprigs.
