  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or sauté for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let cool before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop cucumbers and halve cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
