Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until golden brown.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer on low until slightly thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until fully melted.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
