Description

One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, comforting dish that comes together in one pot, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth.
  3. Stir in fettuccine and heavy cream, ensuring pasta is submerged in liquid. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Return cooked chicken to the pot, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately garnished with parsley or additional cheese.
