- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth.
- Stir in fettuccine and heavy cream, ensuring pasta is submerged in liquid. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return cooked chicken to the pot, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
