Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
