Description

Indulge in a culinary delight that pairs a succulent ribeye steak infused with rich garlic butter and creamy, cheesy rigatoni. This dish is perfect for cozy dinners or impressing guests, combining robust flavors and comfort in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ribeye steak (12 oz)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and setting everything within reach.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rigatoni until al dente (9-11 minutes).
  3. While pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season ribeye with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet when flipping the steak; baste continuously as it cooks.
  5. In another saucepan, melt heavy cream with cheddar cheese over low heat until smooth.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni with the cheesy sauce and chopped parsley for freshness.
  7. Let the steak rest before slicing against the grain; serve alongside the cheesy rigatoni.
