  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (to taste)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant and golden brown (3-4 minutes).
  2. Stir in the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the turkey mixture and stir well.
  4. Add water or chicken broth, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Perform a quick release by turning the valve away from you after cooking; let sit for one minute before opening.
  6. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
