  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth

  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and brown the beef cubes on all sides.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, paprika, and tomato paste; cook for about five minutes.
  5. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Lower heat and stir in sour cream until fully blended.
