- 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Stir in spinach until evenly mixed.
- Spread some marinara sauce in the baking dish. Layer half the ravioli followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Pour remaining marinara over the top layer and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
