  • 12 oz fresh or frozen ravioli (your choice of filling)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Stir in spinach until evenly mixed.
  4. Spread some marinara sauce in the baking dish. Layer half the ravioli followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
  5. Pour remaining marinara over the top layer and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
