  • 1/2 cup melty vegan cheese (cashew-based recommended)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the green goddess spread by blending basil, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a food processor until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. Spread the green goddess mixture on one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Layer melty vegan cheese on top and cover with the second slice of bread.
