- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions

- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Stir in melted coconut oil and maple syrup until well combined.
