Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Brew half a cup of strong espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in cooled espresso.
