  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, Tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic and ginger paste, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken on the grill; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Baste with melted butter during the last few minutes of grilling for added richness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with cilantro and serving.
