  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 large baguette or Italian bread
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F). Cook chicken for about 20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread softened butter over each half, followed by minced garlic.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken and place it evenly on both halves of the bread. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
