  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Allow chicken to cool slightly before shredding into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
  3. In the same skillet, sprinkle shredded cheese on one half of each tortilla. Top with shredded chicken and fold the tortilla over.
  4. Cook each folded tortilla in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream for dipping.
