  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup of water; simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 1 minute per side until pliable.
  4. Assemble burritos by placing seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa on each tortilla.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Optionally sprinkle more cheese on top and broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
