- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- While the chicken cools, wash and chop romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.

- Roll tortillas tightly from one end to another, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut in half diagonally if desired.
