- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (3 oz) unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
- Prepare gelatin according to package instructions. Once the crust is cooled, fold in sliced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread filling evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
