  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (3 oz) unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
  4. Prepare gelatin according to package instructions. Once the crust is cooled, fold in sliced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread filling evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
