- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 oz strawberry Jell-O mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden brown. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust evenly.
- Dissolve Jell-O mix in boiling water; stir in cold water. Once slightly cooled, pour over fresh sliced strawberries arranged on the cream layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Cut into squares and serve.
