  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
  2. Place the pastry pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While baking, toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Once pastries have cooled, spoon strawberries onto each base and top with whipped frosting.
  6. Drizzle with strawberry juice or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
