  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Let cool before removing from the tins.
