- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the steak for about 4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
