- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
