  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
