- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Instructions

- Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté diced onions and bell peppers in oil over medium heat until softened.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked noodles, half of the beef mixture, half of the tomato sauce, and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
