  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  8. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over hot brownies as soon as they come out of the oven.
