  • 4 oz high-quality smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add chopped dill and wilt slightly.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice; simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Stir in the flaked smoked salmon and cooked linguine, tossing to combine. Add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill or lemon wedges.
