  • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 28 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey or beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir marinara sauce and Italian seasoning into the meat mixture for about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Layer frozen ravioli, dollops of ricotta, and mozzarella cheese; repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Finish with a layer of mozzarella on top.
  7. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until bubbly.
