  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together peach preserves, soy sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch (if using).
  4. Pour the glaze over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
