  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and thyme blend)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the roast for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
